Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead error-correction protocol development for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity
- Develop quantum software SDKs for enterprise adoption
- Secure patents for novel quantum architectures
- Mentor quantum engineering teams and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (Nature, Science, PRL)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing architectures
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
