Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum architectures for industrial-scale applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 100+ qubit systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Conduct research on topological qubits and quantum annealing techniques
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of quantum computing architecture experience with published research
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, error correction, and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in complex system design and high-performance computing
