Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics, cryptography, and AI
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Create hybrid classical-quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead research initiatives in topological quantum computing and quantum supremacy
- Collaborate with materials science teams to advance qubit stability and scalability
- Document quantum computing architectures and publish breakthrough research
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and practical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
