Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using topological qubits and error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead integration of quantum systems with cloud platforms and legacy IT infrastructure
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of quantum circuits on multi-platform hardware
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and implementation strategies
- Drive innovation in quantum software development frameworks and quantum-safe encryption standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum error correction, and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical high-performance computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or major conference proceedings
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ) and quantum cloud services
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical business applications
- Strong background in cryptography, machine learning, and distributed systems
