Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving optimization problems in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability enhancement
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models into production systems
- Translate quantum computing concepts into actionable roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Mentor researchers and engineers in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum algorithms, and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in commercial environments
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, IBM Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business strategies
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or conferences
