- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum algorithm implementation
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era hardware and fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography and quantum network protocols
- Author technical white papers and patents on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation in quantum machine learning applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum algorithms, and quantum error correction
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
