Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for financial systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-AI hybrid system development
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting platforms
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit stabilization techniques
- Research emerging quantum computing paradigms (topological, photonic)
- Create quantum software development frameworks for enterprise adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical computing
- Security clearance or ability to obtain one (FedRAMP compliance)
- Proven track record of leading quantum research initiatives
