Responsibilities

- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for NISQ-era hardware
- Collaborate with security teams on post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience with quantum circuit design
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
