Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Establish quantum security protocols for hybrid cloud-quantum environments
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with classical HPC systems
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Contribute to IEEE quantum computing standards development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Strong background in quantum machine learning applications
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum control systems
