Responsibilities
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios for 2026+ technology adoption patterns
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruption vectors in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with predictive analytics for board-level decision-making
- Design and implement organizational foresight frameworks for enterprise resilience
- Advolve in patent strategy development for emerging IP in post-quantum cryptography
- Represent the firm at Davos, CES, and other future-focused global forums
- Mentor a team of junior futurists using proprietary 'Future Mapping' methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on long-term technological forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready strategies at scale
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) for data modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
