Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures and error-correction frameworks for industrial-scale quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography, simulation, and machine learning workloads
- Establish quantum security protocols and compliance frameworks for regulated industries
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical supercomputing infrastructure
- Drive quantum R&D initiatives through partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Mentor quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE, QAOA) and error mitigation techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
