- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Reports' on emerging technologies and their business implications
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots and innovation investments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Design and implement 'Future-Proofing' protocols for organizational resilience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in trend-mapping tools
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) required
