Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications and scalability roadmaps
- Research novel quantum algorithms for machine learning and cryptographic applications
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing frameworks and standards
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel architectures
