Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization problems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Present quantum computing roadmap to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Secure $10M+ in research grants and partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of securing federal R&D funding
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
