Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms to solve optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols implementation
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams on quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Establish quantum computing benchmarks and performance metrics
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles
- Drive quantum research partnerships with academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Publication record in quantum algorithm design
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography principles
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in distributed computing architectures
