Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and connectivity
- Create quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and machine learning
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Present architectural roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years designing quantum computing systems or equivalent research
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic qubit technologies
- Published research in quantum information science or IEEE/ACM journals
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
