Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of building quantum prototypes with >100 qubit coherence
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE QCE)
