Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Partner with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Secure $10M+ in research grants for 2026 quantum initiatives
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing with 2+ leadership roles
- Published work in top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Proven track record of quantum error correction implementations
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Certified in IBM Quantum Network Partner Program
