Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit scalability

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols for commercial deployment
- Design secure quantum-resistant cryptography frameworks
- Collaborate with NASA and MIT on quantum space computing initiatives
- Drive patent development in quantum machine learning integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum circuit optimization and error mitigation
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and entanglement principles
