Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen quantum computing systems targeting 1000+ qubit stability by 2026
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in material science and cryogenic engineering
- Design quantum error correction protocols for real-world deployment
- Secure $50M+ in government and private innovation grants
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on quantum-resistant cybersecurity initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum coherence
- Expertise in superconducting qubit fabrication and control systems
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects with 100+ qubit systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Security clearance eligibility for government partnerships
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
