Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence effects in next-gen processors
- Create error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Author white papers and patents on quantum computing innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
