Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography, optimization, and AI
- Develop error-correction protocols to enhance qubit coherence beyond 2025 industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to prototype quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Lead research on topological qubits and fault-tolerant architectures
- Optimize quantum circuit performance using cutting-edge compilation tools
- Document breakthrough methodologies in peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)

- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum hardware
