Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate with materials scientists to improve qubit coherence times

- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum solutions to financial services clients

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence principles
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
