Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum hardware architectures supporting 1000+ qubit systems

- Create deployment blueprints for quantum data centers with sub-10mK operating environments
- Establish quantum security frameworks compliant with NIST 2.0 standards
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm-hardware co-design
- Document quantum system performance metrics and optimization protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Computational Science
- 8+ years in quantum computing or advanced semiconductor design
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with dilution refrigerators and quantum control systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain DOE Q-level clearance
