- Collaborate with quantum algorithm researchers to optimize hardware-software co-design

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years infrastructure architecture experience
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Proven track record designing fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
