Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant operations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and materials science
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum communication networks
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or entanglement
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit fabrication
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Security clearance preferred for government collaborations
