Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive scenarios and roadmaps that guide organizational decision-making and resource allocation.

- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Strategic Management, Economics, Data Science, or Futurism); Master's or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, foresight, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and forecasting methodologies.
