Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise-level optimization challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in developing fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Establish industry-first quantum security protocols for next-gen financial systems
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Symposiums
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Quantum Futures Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years of quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction techniques
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects with $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain) for government partnerships
