Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for practical applications
- Simulate and optimize quantum circuits using industry-standard frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing systems
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (QASM, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications or open-source contributions
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into implementable quantum protocols
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and parallel processing
