- Secure $2M+ annual research funding through NSF grants and corporate partnerships
- Mentor PhD-level researchers while publishing in Nature/Science journals

- Contribute to quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in high-impact quantum computing research
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction methodologies
