Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, computer scientists, and engineers to develop scalable quantum systems
- Develop error-correction protocols and fault-tolerant architectures for 100+ qubit processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks

- Secure and manage multi-million dollar research grants from government agencies and private foundations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development and quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Strong publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
