Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for cryptography and simulation
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent novel quantum methodologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Secure $2M+ in government/industry research grants annually
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on quantum error correction protocols
- Shape quantum ethics frameworks for commercial deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics/Computer Science or equivalent research experience
- 3+ years in quantum algorithm development or hardware design
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq and quantum circuit optimization
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
