Responsibilities

- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants through innovative proposal development
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) and hardware interfaces
- Strong background in linear algebra, group theory, and complexity theory
