- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype quantum processors with >99.9% gate fidelity

- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science and supervise lab operations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years of postdoctoral research
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development (QAOA, VQE, Shor's variants)
