- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical models into functional prototypes
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research funding
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish 3+ high-impact papers annually
- Shape industry standards through IEEE and ACM quantum working groups
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing breakthrough
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
