Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for scalable fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theoretical models with physical implementations
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present findings at international conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum solutions with classical AI systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
