Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published peer-reviewed research in quantum information or topological computing
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and assembly-level programming (QASM, Qiskit)
- Proficiency with cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into functional quantum prototypes
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum error mitigation
- Experience securing government or corporate quantum research funding
