Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with industry partners to deploy quantum solutions in real-world scenarios

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Proficiency with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Published work in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
