Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum gate optimization techniques
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong publication record in top-tier quantum computing or physics journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from conception to publication
