Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead R&D initiatives on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for testing complex computational models

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, Cirq)
- Deep expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
