Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for error correction
- Lead experiments on superconducting qubit systems
- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory

- Develop patentable quantum machine learning frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# programming
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Familiarity with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
