Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3.0)
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling executive presentations and white papers
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused technology investment decisions
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading tech incubators, academic institutions, and industry consortia
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-proof technology implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: generative AI, autonomous systems, decentralized infrastructure
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences (TED, Web Summit)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation communities
- PMP or similar strategic planning certification preferred
