Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
- Develop quantum-resistant cybersecurity protocols for enterprise clients
- Drive patent development in quantum machine learning and optimization
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in quantum theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and NISQ-era limitations
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with quantum simulation libraries
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM, AWS, Google)
