You'll shape the blueprint for quantum-secure communications, quantum machine learning pipelines, and hybrid classical-quantum computing ecosystems that will power breakthroughs in drug discovery, climate modeling, and financial optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic processors
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Implement quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols and security frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum annealing and gate-model systems
- Optimize quantum error correction codes for industrial-scale fault tolerance
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum advantage in real-world scenarios
- Architect quantum cloud service delivery models with AWS Braket and Azure Quantum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Proven track record in deploying quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Security clearance for handling classified quantum research projects
