Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, cryptographers, and software engineers
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for 2026-era digital infrastructure
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, logistics, and AI
- Establish quantum network protocols enabling global quantum communication
- Contribute to quantum error correction breakthroughs enabling fault-tolerant systems
- Create blueprints for quantum-classical hybrid cloud infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum computing architecture or related field
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with hybrid quantum-classical system integration
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security
