Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing hardware architectures
- Develop cryogenic control systems for quantum processors
- Create quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Lead quantum network infrastructure deployments
- Research quantum materials and superconducting technologies
- Document quantum system specifications and integration protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or superconducting systems
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum information science
- Experience with quantum error correction algorithms
- Strong background in materials science for quantum applications
- Certification in quantum hardware design (preferred)
