Responsibilities
- Architect strategic innovation roadmap for 2026-2030 technology horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen prototypes and proofs-of-concept
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Drive strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation vision to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic product development
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycle models
