Responsibilities
- Design and conduct neuro-quantum user studies across immersive environments (VR/AR/metaverse)
- Develop predictive models for human-AI interaction using quantum computing principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate quantum UX insights into product roadmaps
- Establish industry-first ethical frameworks for quantum-enhanced data collection
- Create quantum empathy algorithms for next-gen AI assistants
- Publish breakthrough research in quantum-human interaction journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum UX methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Science, HCI, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in advanced UX research with neuro-technology integration
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil)
- Published work in quantum-human interaction or emerging tech UX
- Expertise in fNIRS/EEG data analysis for behavioral prediction
- Experience with metaverse research platforms (Decentraland, Spatial)
- Certification in Quantum Ethics from recognized institutions
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum UX innovation projects
