Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily regarding patient inquiries and insurance verification
- Maintain detailed call notes in CRM system with 98% accuracy
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for all patient interactions
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions for skill development
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex patient issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet
- Ability to work evening/weekend shifts (10am-8pm MST)
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology (training provided)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
