- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and skill development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex issue resolution

Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service/call center experience
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace with ergonomic setup

- Type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
